Enable In app purchases for family sharing
My son want me to correct this in a parental settings.

The location for you to do that is Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases > In-app Purchase.
If you have not done so already, you may want to enable Ask to Buy, as those in-app purchases can really add up.
