just updated to 17.5 and Safari is broken again

safari hasnt worked on my iphone 13 in months. i just updated to 17.5 and safari worked perfectly....for about 1 minute, then it went back to doing what it always seems to do which is load the web page and then show me nothing but a bkank screen with the address bar up top. and thats it. it doesnt matter what i do or which settings i enable/disable, it just doesnt work. ever. except for 1 minute after an update. what is the point of spending close to a grand on a phone that cant get online. my dishwasher can get online, but my iphone cant. does anyone know if there is a way to fix this? thanks
