Podbean to Apple art work error

Hi everyone,

I've been trying to get my podcast validated by Apple for months but keep getting the error message: 'Art - Artwork must be 3000 x 3000 pixels, JPG or PNG, in RGB color space, and hosted on a server that allows HTTP head requests.'

As far as I can see my artwork matches those requirements so I'm at a bit of a loss.

If anyone can give me some advice, I'd really appreciate it!

That link is to Apple's own podcast page, though it doesn't actually do anything (because though you've established an ID your podcast presumably isn't up). This URL not what you submit: the feed URL is

Your image URL in the feed is

This image is 2377 x 2377, which, though not what you were expecting, is OK.

funny, when I click on its info, it says its 1400 x 1400. I think I fixed it now to 3000 x 3000. Here's the new link. Does it look appropriate?

hold on, I think I made a mistake with that, that you corrected me on the first time, but isn't this what I am supposed to submit to apple the first time I make a connection with them, from PodBean?

Yes. You put its URL in the same place in Podbean that you placed the original one.

That isn't the RSS feed, it's the URL which leads to the Apple Podcasts app. The RSS URL is the one that you submitted to Podcasts Connect - if you don't know it you can see it on your Podcasts Connect page.

It is 819 x 819 px, which is much smaller than the minimum requirement of 1400 z 1400 px.

ok, I can fix that. When I do, do I change that within PodBean, my hosting site?

so i hit refresh on the apple pod connect site, looks like that needs to occur, the refreshed feed with the correct size artwork, and then hopefully I should be good(??)

I can't be specific about that as Podcasts Connect has changed since I had a podcast, but basically you just submit it again. That should get it accepted this time.
