Can I transfer music and playlists from iMac to iPhone without Apple ID?

I had to wipe my phone and the backup couldn’t be found by Apple. All of my music and playlists are on my iMac but if I log in with my Apple ID, it will revert to what is on my phone (I discovered this with my MacBook). I can open iTunes on my iMac and see the music and playlists, I just don’t know how to get them from the iMac to my iPhone. Please help.
