If you were synchronizing some things through iCloud (e.g., you had iCloud Photos turned on), you might be able to retrieve that stuff by reconnecting to iCloud, or logging into the iCloud Web interface.
If you weren't doing any synchronization, and you don't' have any backups, either, you're out of luck. Any data that existed only in local storage on that phone is gone.
