Can't connect to apple software update server

I can't update my MacBook m1 air this issue now persists for around 2 month but I just haven't updated my Mac for that long today I've tried fixing it but really absolutely nothing helped. I reseted my Mac in the settings "Erase all content and settings" but this too didn't help, I've tried creating a bootable usb but when I try to download macOS from the App Store it send me to the settings page where it says that it can't connect to the update server, I have even tried reseting my Mac from the boot menu but the same error pops up with not being able to connect to the update server and now I just ran out of options and don't know what else to do. Please help.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 14.3

Try and boot your mac in the safe mode and try to update when booted in the safe mode

Start up your Mac with Apple silicon in safe mode

  1. On your Mac, choose Apple menu  > Shut Down.
  2. Wait for your Mac to shut down completely. A Mac is completely shut down when the screen is black and any lights (including in the Touch Bar) are off.
  3. Press and hold the power button on your Mac until “Loading startup options” appears.
  4. Select a volume.
  5. Press and hold the Shift key, then click Continue in Safe Mode.
  6. The computer restarts automatically. When the login window appears, you should see “Safe Boot” in the menu bar.

This should solve any update issues on compatible macs
