Unable to make a name change in Apple Podcast

I am setting up a podcast through Apple Podcasts. I successfully entered my banking information, but when I went to the section requiring the W-9 information, the system already had my name filled in under Identification of Beneficial Owner. The name is supposed to be the name used on my tax return, but the system automatically populated that field with my nickname. (Bill instead of William.) The field is grayed out, so I'm unable to make a change. I don't think I should just proceed as is because it specifically says you need to use the name from your tax return. Thanks!
