I got a gift which is a New iPhone 15 / 128 GB sealed, can I trade it in for a higher model like the iPhone Pro Max or iPhone Plus with the " 215 GB ", and if I want to trade an Android phone also is it possible? and how many trades I can do for example can I trade 2 devices at the same time for the new device am going to buy?

If the phone was purchased within the last 14 days, you can return the phone for full refund, then buy whichever model phone you want. If it was purchased more than 14 days ago, iPhone 15 does not currently qualify for trade in, regardless of whether it has been opened or not.
Do you know when the phone was purchased. Ask the gift giver as well as ask for the receipt.
Apple doesn't accept trade-ins for the current units. Ask the person who gave it to you for cash instead, or sell it to someone else.
