Outlook Email Links Stopped Working On iPad

About two weeks ago my links from emails I receive on Outlook stopped working on my iPad. They work on my desktop. I’m using Safari.

I tried switching browsers to Chrome and Firefox, didn’t help. I looked up the question on Microsoft forums and tried the different recommendations. Still nothing.

This happened after I was trying to log into a different email account and kept using the wrong password (I wasn’t paying attention and thought I was logging into my usual email account) and got locked out overnight. The next day when I logged into my usual account, I could no longer click on the links for my usual email account or any of the other Outlook email accounts.

Links work on my gmail account, and on Outlook on the desktop computer and my iPhone. Just not the iPad anymore.

I’d really appreciate any help if anyone can think of anything.

Thanks

iPad, iPadOS 14

I’ve actually resorted to using the Outlook email app. I click on the links in those emails and they open in Safari. Not the best solution, but it works. I’d love to know what’s going on here though. I thought that it might have been because I couldn’t update the iOS on my old iPads. Nope. I just activated a brand new one with the

latest software update and I’m still having the same issue. On my new iPad! I transferred everything from my newest old iPad (an 8) and am wondering if I transferred the issue when I did so. Too many unknowns here. Hopefully we will get some answers.
