I have a pair of sleep mask headphones, which are not airpods or pretending to be, but while attenpting to connect to them via bluetooth, I get the message: Cannot Verify AirPods

These headphones are “musicozy” headphones for sleeping. They are not AirPods. They are a Bluetooth eye-mask with headphones in them. But for some reason while trying to connect to them I am getting the message: Cannot Verify AirPods

I know I can just allow the headphones anyway, but if I do I do not get the same features as usual and the settings also think they are AirPods even though they are the farthest thing from them.
