Missing Apple Wallet icon on iPhone

I can only access Apple Wallet by first going through the app store and selecting Apple Pay or double clicking the side button on the right. I want it to display on the desktop.

Your previous advice from a similiar request:

On your iPhone, swipe all the way to the right. You should see the App Library. If you don't see it, follow the steps here:

(Swiping "all the way to right" from the top, middle, and botton of the screen does nothing but give me an option to "Edit" in the top right corner. There is no "App Library"

Organize the Home Screen and App Library on your iPhone

(This advice is similiarly uselesss and instead pops up my camera to ( "Scan code" or "Add Accessories" after pressing the + button)

Once there, find the folder named "Utilities" and tap on the section of that square that shows a smaller group of apps, otherwise the app you tap on will open. You can skip that last step if Wallet shows up already. Once you locate the wallet app, press and hold on it and you should see the option to "Add to Home Screen". You can also hold the app and once it begins to jiggle, drag it to your Home Screen.

(Where is the "Utilities" folder? None of your advice is usable)
