How to get a BNG reference number off the Apple Watch Ultra 2

I’m looking to simply get a 6 figure grid reference from the Apple Watch Ultra that can be used on UK OS Maps (BNG)

Metric units everywhere on Apple Watch How do I set my Apple Watch Series 9 to use metric units everywhere? In other words, use kilometers, meters, Celsius degrees. I do not want to change my Region because I still want to use U.S. formatted date/time etc. Another complication is I must use a second Apple ID for the watch since this is required by the cellular carrier. So the settings on the iPhone do not automatically apply to the watch.
