How do I set my Apple Watch Series 9 to use metric units everywhere? In other words, use kilometers, meters, Celsius degrees. I do not want to change my Region because I still want to use U.S. formatted date/time etc. Another complication is I must use a second Apple ID for the watch since this is required by the cellular carrier. So the settings on the iPhone do not automatically apply to the watch.
I do not have "Units of Measure" in the Workout app. I am on WatchOS 10.5.
In the mean time, I found out how to change units in Watch. Settings->Language & Region->Measurement System. This appears to be a global setting which is what I was looking for.
