Ever since I updated my iPhone 15 to iOS 18.6.1, my watch SE (2nd gen) thinks I am currently located in Milan and gives me the weather for Milan and its nearby regions instead of my actual location (France)
My phone did it at first too but rebooting fixed it. I rebooted my watch and it didn't help.
My watch is currently on OS 11.6 22U84

The latest firmware for your devices is watchOS 11.6.1 (22U90) and iOS 18.6.2 (22G100)
Also make sure that in the settings for Privacy & Security, Location Services are enabled for the Weather App, including the Precise Location.
If you are using a cellular network, the Weather App has to be able to use it as well.
