Apple Watch displaying miles instead of kilometers during workout

I’ve changed the settings in my health app and workout setting from miles to km, but during the running workout the number on my watch is still in mi. Only when I’m finished the data shows in km. How should I change this?

Outdoor Run workout split alerts in km instead of miles in WatchOS 11 Since updating my watch to WatchOS 11 this week it has started giving me pace alerts every km whereas before it was providing them every mile, which is what I want. On my phone in the Watch app I've gone to "Settings > Workout > Units Of Measure > Walking and Running Workouts" and it is still set to "Miles". On the watch in "Workout > Outdoor Run > Preferences > Splits" it's set to 1km with no apparent way to change the units. Additionally, during my running workout it now displays the distance on-screen in km when what I want is miles. I've done all the shut down/restart nonsense to no effect. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

Apple Watch add data I walk on my treadmill for 3 miles and my watch logs as less. I understand why. How can I edit the miles. When I add the additional mileage through the add button it adds to walking in the health app but does not update the fitness app mileage in total distance with activity rings. I would like to edit the mileage logged not just add.

How to fix fitness calibration data in Apple Watch? how to fix my watch? I decided to try and recalibrate my watch data because my watch started to take off .25 miles off every mile I had been doing. But it didn't fix the distance and now my calories burned is signficantly less than normal. watch distance randomly started taking off distance during runs + walks [Edited by Moderator]

Make sure it is changed in workouts

From your iPhone>Watch>Workout>Units of measure> change here
