I am a first time iPhone owner and recently had somebody get into my accounts online.
I’d like to have a vpn or something secure where i just feel more comfortable n not continually worry about it happening again
please help

A VPN will do nothing to help you, but it will slow down your phone.
Sounds like you clicked a link in a scam message and provided personal information to the bad guys. Scams are everywhere.
Even if the message "looks like" it came from your bank, for example, never assume that it came from your bank. Log on to your bank site separately. NEVER use the link in a message that you receive.
