Have issues with my 2020 macbook pros battery

Hi all, i got the MacBook pro 2020 as a gift 3 years ago. Ive had problems with the battery for the past year now.

One day it randomly wouldn't turn on so i left it on charge for an hour and it came back on again. Couple days later it wouldn’t turn on. Tried absolutely everything and nothing worked so i took it to a Mac specialist who “fixed” it and told me it was a loose battery cable. Another few days later same thing happened so i took it back to the guy and he “fixed” it again.

Months later the same thing happened so i took it to a more well known Mac specialist in the area who opened it up and told me my MacBook was not drawing any power from the charger (the charger was checked and that wasn't the problem). I got the laptop back after a “component” was replaced but I'm unsure of the specific component but the MacBook was working.

Not even two weeks later the laptop wouldn’t turn on again so i dropped it back off at the new repair specialist and was now told there is a lazy cell in the battery. I got a battery replacement and 3 weeks later the MacBook wont turn on again.

I’ve still not taken it to be fixed again as i’m at my wits end with constant repairs and having to shell out money each time. Ive spent more on repairs than what the MacBook itself cost.

please can anyone advise on what could be causing this as i cant afford to buy a new MacBook and i would really like to know if these people are trying to give me a run for my money with all these “repairs”

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 14.3
