iTunes doesn't recognize my iPhone8

iTunes doesn't recognize iPhone8. Missing Apple Application Support (64-bit) and Apple Mobile Device Support programs after uninstalling and reinstalling iTunes

I have not been able to sync my iPhone8 in months. It started with version 16.7.4. I have been on with Apple Support three times now. They can't figure it out. The first support person told me to uninstall iTunes and reinstall it. This was after multiple times installing the.inf file. On the second and third time working with Apple I stated I stated I am missing Apple Application Support (64-bit) and Apple Mobile Device Support programs. The got me to uninstall and reinstall iTunes again, update drivers, install the .inf file multiple times. I also noticed that in addition to missing those files, I don't have an Apple Mobile Universal Serial Bus Controller. Device Manager sees the iPhone8. I have also updated the driver for it as well as all Universal Serial Bus Controllers.
