Hi,
I am no longer able to see my appointments/events on my calendar it just disappeared one day and when I go to add an event it says “This app does not have access to your calendar” even though I’m in the calendar app. It tells me to go to privacy settings but I don’t see anything there that needs fixed. Please help it’s driving me crazy 😜

Sounds like your Calendar app has lost its access permissions. What will you see if you go to Settings -> Privacy & Security -> Calendars?
Also, the possible reason may be that the syncing went wrong. You can click on Settings, tap on your name and choose iCloud. Check if Calendar is toggled on.
