I have a macbook pro model A2141 i9 2.4 GHz 64gb ram, 4tb storage 8gb 5600m how ever it runs like an old outdated computer these days. not sure what is going on as its essentially fully spec'd out. i have located a few of the "panic logs" for this device and will post them here.

That's a 2019 model. Already the battery is near its usable life if it hasn't already hit that point. And so has the CMOS/PRAM battery/capacitor.

I do not recommend replacing it yourself. That is not a job for the faint at heart or people who do not take very good precautions keeping track of all screws, and static electricity. Best to bring it to an authorized service provider to ensure it gets done right.
Thats great news, i have a top case with new battery I will replace and try to update here for anyone else experiencing something similar.
