Apps@Work can't be removed from my iphone

I had apps@work on my phone at a previous employer (this actually showed on my phone twice/2 apps) and whilst i could remove one app, i can't remove the remaining one.

I have deleted VPN profile in settings, tried to delete it normal way (edit home screen) and did a factory reset but it's still there and can't be deleted.

I have also reached out to my previous employer's IT team and they advised they have removed my profile at their end and suggested the factory reset with no joy!!

Does anyone have any advice please??
