File Transfer Between iPad and Windows 11 - Apple Devices app

Currently using the 'Apple Devices' app to try and grab some videos off the iPad (they are saved into the 'Files' app on the iPad) and onto my Windows 11 laptop. When I launch Apple Devices and plug in the iPad, I select 'Files' on the left hand sidebar, but I can't really go any further, because it's asking to use another app. Here's a screenshot of the Apple Devices app window to show you what I mean:

Nowhere does it say what Apps you can use to facilitate file transfer; an hour of web searching has revealed nothing and I can't seem to find any info whatsoever about the needed apps.

It's getting a bit silly now. The Apple Support page about 'Apple Devices' has nothing whatsoever about it.

Can anyone suggest an app to install that would allow me to transfer videos saved into Files on the iPad onto my PC?
