Siri on Apple Watch: "Sorry, can you say that again?"

Not every time, but about 75% of the time I ask Siri to set a reminder from my Apple Watch 7 I see on the watch face that she transcribes what I ask..E.G. "Siri set a reminder in the morning to pick up the kids" ..so the watch hears what I say, but inevitably it then says "Sorry, can you say that again?"

The second time I say it, it works every time. The kicker is, I then end up with 2 of the same reminder in my iphone. But I'm too worried that if I dont ask the second time the reminder will be lost.

I've followed all of the apple watch Siri troubleshooting from Apple, doesn't help. Both my iphone 15 and watch are on the newest software. I have restored the phone and the watch. Nothing fixes it.

PLEASE HELP THIS IS DRIVING ME CRAZY
