Why can't I set sound reminders on Apple Watch Ultra 2?

I am using an Android phone (viva x100 ultra because of the camera) but believe that apple watch ultra 2 is the best watch so bought it with iPhone 13 (to activate) and I've been using it for a week or so and am very happy because unlike galaxy watch 7 (I've tried before 2 x) the blood pressure sensor is accurate and GPS seems to work better too. I like the modular screen face as it is very practical. I also like Siri (one of the key reasons I decided to go for ultra 2). However, I was hoping to be able to use Siri for daily reminders with sound and unfortunately I am not able to set them with sound. Ive found some suggested solutions here and on other websites but they don't seem to work. Wondering if anyone has found solution to this problem
