AirPod pro microphone muffled

i just bought new AirPods. When I’m on the phone with people they can’t hear me, they say I sound far away to under water. The AirPods were right out the box. They are clean. When I recorded a voice memo the line for the mic barely moved and I couldn’t even tell what I said when playing it back to myself.

Muffled/quiet AirPods when on call When I’m on a call with my AirPods in the sound is low or muffled to the person on the other end. They have been cleaned etc, changed microphone sides still the same.. 2 years old so out of warranty 😤

AirPods microphone is very muffled When I try to talk to anyone using my AirPods I get complaints from every person I’ve attempted to talk to that I am super muffled and they can’t understand me. Is so inconvenient!! I can hear with no issues. I paid a lot for these the microphones should work!!
