Carbonite is a web-based backup, and that class of backups are definitely NOT recommenced on a Mac because they punish performance, as most were ported from that other environment, and were not fixed up to "play nice" inside a Mac.


Perhaps your meant: CarbonCopyCloner

CarbonCopyCloner was custom developed ONLY for the Mac, and its Developer is one of the most attentive out there. it is recommended here frequently.
