is this a scam? How to stop it from popping up on my iPhone?

That is confirmed to be a scam. Do not allow that to install a profile on your device. What app is the notification coming from? If that can be verified, delete the app to get rid of the notifications. Hope this helps!

You can Report this Scam:
Have any suspicious items on the screen (i.e. messages)? You can report this scam to Apple and the federal government. Use my User Tip: Using the Photos App to Report Scams: - User Tips. That may make it stop popping up on your phone in the future, along with getting this scammer in trouble.
