I experienced green screen and apple store refuse to repair for it. I've never open up the iphone and repair my phone outside of Apple store. Now, Apple store refuse to repair it because of the screw is rusty. How shall i go about ?

A screw being rusty is an indication of water damage and Apple wont touch it after that. That could also be why the screen or other electronics have gone bad and causing display issues.
Since the warranty is considered void at this point, you could try a third party repair shop to replace the screen but be aware that a third party screen could cause more issues as well such as Face ID no longer working.

Getting an iPhone Screen Repair:
Did they tell you why they wouldn't repair it? Almost seems they see it as intentional damage; that you are getting service in a country/region other than where you purchased it; or that you are not the original buyer of this.
