iPhone 14 screen suddenly green and unusable

I am facing a serious issue with my iPhone 14, and I would like Apple Support Communities to look into this matter.Today in the afternoon, I was using my iPhone peacefully when suddenly the screen flashed light green for a second and then returned to normal. After around 5 minutes, the screen turned completely green, and I was barely able to see anything on the display.I tried restarting the phone, but the screen remained green. After some time, the display became fully green, making the phone completely unusable. Important points to note here is 

1.There is no physical damage to the phone 

2.The phone was not overheated 

3.The issue occurred suddenly without any warning 

4. I purchased this iPhone on 14 January 2024.

Since this issue appeared on its own and there is no user-caused damage, I strongly believe this is a manufacturing or hardware defect. Therefore, I request Apple to investigate this issue and resolve it, either by repairing or replacing the device free of cost.

Apple please take this matter seriously and provide a prompt resolution.
