Yesterday I did 7 individual minutes of breathing/reflection, which counted as 7/5 minutes in the progress to get the Meditation Day badge. Yet, nor the badge or the stickers are available in my fitness app. What happened? How can I get my badge?

Did you already restart your Apple Watch and iPhone?
Hi guys, I called Apple Support, did a bunch of things which I recommend you do as well. I don't know which of these worked, or if the system just needed a few days to proccess it, but I got the badge this morning.
Here's the recommendations:
Through support, I installed some health kit to collect logs and send to Apple. That happened last night and this morning the badge was available. Maybe they could trigger something in the backgroud, or it was originally just a matter of time.

Can you see the activity in your Health App/Browse/Mental Wellbeing, on your iPhone?
I did 2x2min Breathe and 1min Reflect and after the first 2min of Breathing I could see the progress bar having moved half way under the badge. After another 3min and I got the award right after finishing the last exercise.
I can also see the result in the Health App on the iPhone, as described above.
Have this issue too. My progress bar said 5 out of 5 minutes but badge didnt come. So i did an extra minute and it updated to 6 out of 5 minutes but still no badge. I thought if i left it then I’d surely have it the following morning but nope, and now i cant even see the “incomplete” badge since the day is gone.
