saw “Limited edition” 2025 Earthday badge complete any workout for 30 min to receive badge . I filled every ring and worked out for 60 min . And never received the badge . My watch and phone are linked too . Any answers on how to get a badge that was not received would be greatly appreciated !

Did you already try to force restart your iPhone and Apple Watch?

To force restart your watch, press and hold the Digital Crown and the Side button together for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again.
Did you workout last at least 30min without pausing?
it only counts workouts done on the 24. April (if u are in a time zone where you did it on the 24th it would be surprising that you didn’t get the badge).
