Repairs the dameged screen

My Mac is with one-year warranty, and I found my lid does not close properly (it's not straight). They refuse to repair it for free. What shall I do now?

More info: I got it from China, getting positive answers when calling them (they said it can be fixed for free). I am now in the Netherlands, getting negative answer (they said I need get the approval from Apple, but they don't give it to me).

Location Restrictions:

AppleCare is only available in the country/region in which it was purchased. So, that's propel why you're getting this issue. See if you have any coverage. Get the Serial Number, and enter it here: Check Your Service and Support Coverage - Apple Support
