MacBook Air - WiFi continually dropping

I have a MacBook Air M2 2023, running 14.5.

About 2 weeks ago, it started randomly dropping the wifi connection every 20/30 seconds. Which is obviously very frustrating and disruptive.

This is happening at multiple locations, at home, and when travelling across all networks. Other devices - my iPad and ipahone - are connecting without issues.

I assume its linked to an update/configuration but cant find any articles about this.

Any help appreciated
