Dear Helpers
My MBP is getting stuck now when I switch it on. It’s blank but I could hear the fan working on the inside. When I press the enter/return button, I could hear a baritone voice tone USER NAME. The screen is Blank and has no cursor or logo is on and there is no start-up sound.
Kindly please please please help me,

Then your Mac has made it to the login screen, and accessibly is on to speak what is 'on the screen'.
if the brightness is not tuned all the way down, you may need to attatch an eternal display or TV set to see what is on the screen visually.
Do you have 'Friends' who would want to prank you by turning the brightness all the way down?

Blank MacBook Pro. It’s not responding
