Setting a Charging Limit on a IPad Mini 5

I’m using an 5th Gen IPad Mini (NUU32B/A) and It’s current Software version is IPadOS 17.5.1

Ive heard for quite a while that all Apple Devices dating from the first IOS17 Update can have the Devices Charging Ability Capped to 80%, however so far I have yet to receive such a feature. Can someone share me insights regarding this issue? Is it something exclusive to Pro Devices, is it unlockable under certain conditions, or it just happens to not arrive on this Device yet?

Unlike the new 2024 models of iPad Pro and iPad Air, other models of iPad do not have any settings to limit battery changing to 80% of maximum charge.

However, where external power is connected for extended periods of time (such as when used in kiosk or Point-of-Sale applications) your iPad may modify its charging strategy and limit battery charge to ~80% of maximum. This modified charging strategy is designed to reduce chemical ageing that might otherwise occur if 100% charge is maintained at all times.

Nominal 100% charging will be restored when a normal charge/discharge routine is restored.
