i cancelled my subscription 8 days ago but somehow my gcash payed for it without me knwoing? and in the store its still pending but it already took my money can i still get it back?

Seems subscriptions need to be cancelled at least 24 hours before they expire, if you do not want to be changed.
if an Apple subscription:.If money has actually been deducted (not pending) you can try asking Apple for a refund
Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support
If a refund is approved, it will be credited to the same payment method that was charged. For how long refunds take: See: Check the status of a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support
If the app is not from Apple : See: How to contact an app developer - Apple Support
