Microsoft Edge wont delete

Hi I have attempted multiple ways to delete the Edge browser (by dragging it to the trash from Finder, holding it to press the X to delete but there is no X) and have been unable to find a way to remove it. The app is not running and I have done a restart but I still can not seem to remove it. Can someone please assist? This is not the only app I have been unable to remove. Previously I experienced it with Grammerly so I downloaded an app called "app cleaner and uninstaller" to remove it but have been unable to remove that app now as well.
