Can I retrieve emails after more than a week

Thank you, however I can find nothing in the Apple Support for ‘Mail on iPad’ to detail the procedure for retrieving a deleted email beyond the default 1 week period.
Other comments I have read for retrieving ‘permanently’ deleted emails is to somehow contact the Mail Service Provider. if true, how do I achieve this?

Your original post said absolutely nothing about “deleted email”. Your question sounded like “Can I retrieve emails (if I fail to turn on my devices to check for them) after more than a week”.
Permanently deleted emails are just that - they are permanently deleted.
