Can I add tags in notes to make searching for a PDF easier in Notes?

I want to recall all my scanned docs in Notes by adding the #tax to them when the time comes

How to view annotations in a pdf I'll like to see the markup (annotations) I made in a pdf. I've made notes in a user manual that is a PDF. I made the annotations in Preview. The company has updated the manual and I'd like to copy over any notes I've made. It's a 500+ page manual so manual scanning is difficult at best. Second question, although less important is is it possible to show the differences between the documents?

notes won't delete in pdf I can not get a note to delete in a pdf. Any suggestions? I see other post but no answers that work

Just type the word "#tax" at the top (before the PDF) or the bottom (after the PDF) of the note.
