Anyone else having issues with receiving ADT security notifications after updates?

I have had ADT for 20+ years and never had problems receiving notifications and videos via text messages and just notifications thru ADT app on iPhone, have had iPhone 11 for past 6 years and now with constant updates from Apple, in the last three months notifications via both text messages and ADT control notifications have stopped. Have contacted ADT on multiple occasions and after several hours on phone after about a week, slowly started working again, now this week stopped working again. Anyone else having issues? Seems odd no problems for 20 years (on previous phone and now this one) and in the last 6 months nothing but problems. Apple seems to update constantly and wonder if they are causing problems with the ADT control app.

Do you use VPN? If so, delete the VPN profile in Settings/General/VPN & Device Management/VPN. Don't just turn it off; delete the profile.
