How can I adjust the color profile on my MacBook Air M2 for reading PDF books?

Anyone have suggetions how to adjust the color profile, warmness, intensity ect. most appropriately in my macbook aair m2 for reading books in pdf format

The pdfs are black texts with white background, Wouldn't be bad if if were off white background. But can't find the appropriate display settings. I think there is nothing much to change in preview, all that is needed to be done is in the whole mac display itself.

First I would try toggling the True Tone option...and compare your results
