remove Meta AI from What's app etc

I have searched numerous ways to remove Meta AI from What's App.

Latest one dated April 2024

The instructions bear no relation to what appears on my What's App

I have no option to turn it off tat I can see

iPhone 14 Pro Max, iOS 17

You will need to contact WhatsApp for help with their software, this is not an Apple product.
