After updating into 17.5 my phone stops charging at 80%. I also deactivated optimised charging option but still it is not increasing beyond 80%. Seems like some kind of bug.

If you have an iPhone 15 it could be that the charging limit is to be set at 80%, check that via settings>battery
If you have the iPhone 13 what is your battery health Check that under settings battery

So maybe instead of deactivating it you set it to 80% charge? Taking into consideration it says iphone 13 on your signature, could be battery life
