AirPods Pro (2nd gen) doesn’t show up on battery widget

I’ve have this new phone for only about 3 months and the new AirPods for a few weeks and every time I try to open the AirPods the normal Apple battery pop up shows up with the battery level of the AirPods and the case. However when I added the battery pack, you can see most of my devices but the battery level of the AirPods case aren’t showing up. I already try all the suggestions and even went to an Apple Store but they weren’t able to solve the problem.
