My air pods pro keep pausing while playing music or audio books
My air pods model number A3048 keep pausing while playing audio books or music with my iphone 15 pro.
The pausing happens randomly- sitting here now it paused 3 times after about 90 seconds. Please help. I’ve done the following to attempt to solve the problem:
- reboot my phone
- delete my audio play back apps and reinstall them
- fully charged my air pods
- hard reset my air pods and re-paired with my iphone
- turned off automatic ear detection
- deleted all other bluetooth devices from my iphone
- turned off all notifications on my phone
- confirmed latest firmware installed in air pods
- confirmed iphone is on latest version
