App Store showing a cloud for deleted apps on iphone
I want to delete the little cloud icon the shows up in the App Store even after deleting the App on my device(s). I don’t want to hide that cloud, I want to delete it and gone permanantly

You cannot. The cloud icon shows because it was previously purchased (even if it was free), and those cannot be removed from your purchase history. Your previous purchases will always be linked to the Apple ID that was used. The same is true for any Music or Books that were downloaded.
