Can I use the educational bundle, which comes with Final Cut Pro and other tools for $200, to create content for a YouTube game dev?
The game might be sold in the future, and the YouTube channel might make money through ads and other means.
I will not sell Videos for clients tho, or edit videos for clients, its not my business.
Is it Alighted with apple terms and conditions for this bundle?

I used to work with Apple sales engineers, and they always insisted the educational bundle was for education only, and not authorized legally for commercial use. That's about all the EULA actually states, I believe. But if you're not in school, purchase FCPX outright. Or look at LumaFusion?

FCP is a professional version, so I think it is intended for commercial use. I don't think the difference in purchasing method will affect commercial use. There should be no problem if the edited content is not illegal, but if you are concerned, please contact Apple directly.
That was my initial assumption. Tho they haven't made it clear because they don't ask for any of such information.It also says "or personal" somewhere there. So it's kinda vage what they mean by that.
There is no resurrection on use only that you meet the academic qualifications as student or faculty.
