Filmmaker Seeking Advice on Getting Content on Apple PlatformsY

I know this might be a bit out of context, but I’m a filmmaker with a catalog of movies and TV series, and I’m interested in getting my content available on Apple’s platforms. While I’m not specifically aiming for Apple TV+, I’d like to know if there are other ways to have my content accessible through Apple services.

Is this possible? If so, how can I start the process, and who should I contact to discuss opportunities?

Thank you so much for your help and guidance!

How Apple TV+ gets their new and original content, is way beyond the scope of this forum. None here have inside knowledge to share on how Apple finds or selects new content, aside from a few public fragmented moments (distribution rights auctions at film festivals). Perhaps try the Corporate Address. Maybe they have information that can help you further?

Aside of Apple TV+ (the subscription service), Apple offers a Store to sell (buy or rent) video content to consumers per title. Content vision is much wider here. Content owners can offer their movies (and TV shows*) there, at a price that they set themselves. Apple requires encoding delivery through a third party, to get consistent quality to Apple’s level. Delivery can be regional or select international. Additional dubbing or soft subtitling may be wanted depending on market region, which you’ll have to arrange for.
