Can I recover anything from a disabled iPhone 6s?

Unless you backed up your data before catastrophe struck, your data is gone. Backups MUST happen before something goes wrong.

If the data is stored in iCloud such as iCloud Photos, or stored in backups, that data can be recovered.

Log into iCloud.com using your same Apple ID, and check to see if your photos are there.

If the data was stored local in the device and the iPhone is now disabled, then as was correctly mentioned in the reply above, the local data is gone.

Not if the phone is disabled....unless....you made a recent backup of the phone.....before....it became disabled.

If you forgot your passcode, you can reset it again, but this involves erasing the phone, so your data is lost in that event as well.
