Windows 11 and apple podcasts

I can't download or listen to podcasts on iTunes with Windows 11. Literally nothing works.

I have reverted "old school" and am using iTunes. Not using Apple Music, or the other newer apple apps.

I can go to the podcast store and see podcasts, but can't play or download. I can right click, copy link and it works on a website. Here is an example:

It works. It will play. It's fine.

I click on, "Listen on Apple Podcasts" and it does not work in iTunes. But then a new notification appears on the website, "We could not find iTunes on your computer. You need iTunes to use Apple Music"

But I do have iTunes.

So there must be something configured incorrectly.

Anyone have any ideas?
